A revered large yacht Captain with extensive cruising experience in all continents, Glenn has commanded some of the world’s most prestigious and sophisticated vessels.
A conscientious and diligent Master Mariner holding an impeccable record with more than 30 years maritime experience, the last 17 of which with large motor yachts, Glenn has an extensive operational and technical understanding including advanced helicopter and submersible operations in all latitudes and cruising areas.
Based in the Northern European strategic yachting centre of Hamburg, Germany, Glenn will draw on his vast technical understanding and lessons learned to assist in achieving the most challenging of objectives wherever they present. Whether it be a last-minute requirement for the rarest of wines to assessing an adverse weather report, he draws on a vast network of the most credible industry service providers and operatives.

Parisian born & raised, Eva took her first plane at the age of 2 and since then has never stopped travelling. After graduating from one of the most prestigious European Business School, her passions led into her eventual career. She pursued her dream of working in Hospitality Industry and lived in some of the leading high end luxury holiday destinations such as Dubai, the Maldives, Morocco and ultimately St Barts.
From her dad, who did a worldwide trip with Commandant Cousteau, she inherited her love for boats and the marine world. It has never left her and it is naturally this passion that brought Eva deciding to launch YPA using her strong network acquired through her years of global experiences and her luxury background working for some of the most established luxury brands such as Armani Hotels, Cheval Blanc and Banyan Tree. Service-oriented, her priority is always to go the extra-mile for any of her clients.
